Combat tier D · Official group: Starter

Wind grimoire

A combo-oriented starter that can function in PvP but currently sits last for dependable PvE damage.

Current verdictProgress with it if necessary, but prioritize replacing Wind when you receive a practical upgrade.

Wind strengths

  • Combo potential
  • Mobile-feeling starter play
  • Usable during the opening route

What to watch for

Low reliable PvE damage makes repeated farming slower than with Fire or most later outcomes.

How to develop Wind

Use the book actively in combat instead of relying only on basic attacks. Like every grimoire described by the developer, Wind gains ordinary book levels as you fight and unlocks new spells at levels 10 and 20. You keep the same book for both milestones.

Build a repeatable rotation around its strengths before judging a fresh result. More abilities can change how the kit handles groups, bosses and downtime. Use the leveling guide and calculator to plan those milestones.

Combat tier versus official availability

Tier D is a current community combat assessment, not a developer rating. The official description places Wind in the “Starter” availability group but does not publish a verified roll percentage. Balance changes can move the combat tier without changing that official group.
