Light grimoire
The leading burst-damage option in current community rankings, especially against a single priority target.
Light strengths
- Very high burst damage
- Excellent boss pressure
- Strong payoff from a planned rotation
What to watch for
Its cooldowns reward deliberate sequencing, and Anti-Magic can feel easier when many enemies must be hit at once.
How to develop Light
Use the book actively in combat instead of relying only on basic attacks. Like every grimoire described by the developer, Light gains ordinary book levels as you fight and unlocks new spells at levels 10 and 20. You keep the same book for both milestones.
Build a repeatable rotation around its strengths before judging a fresh result. More abilities can change how the kit handles groups, bosses and downtime. Use the leveling guide and calculator to plan those milestones.
Combat tier versus official availability
Tier S is a current community combat assessment, not a developer rating. The official description places Light in the “The few” availability group but does not publish a verified roll percentage. Balance changes can move the combat tier without changing that official group.
