Chain grimoire
A practical combat grimoire with short cooldowns, dependable damage and a cage-style control tool.
Chain strengths
- Fast rotation
- Solid damage
- Useful cage control
What to watch for
Its ceiling is below the rarest books, but the reliable rotation makes it much easier to use than a slow, uneven kit.
How to develop Chain
Use the book actively in combat instead of relying only on basic attacks. Like every grimoire described by the developer, Chain gains ordinary book levels as you fight and unlocks new spells at levels 10 and 20. You keep the same book for both milestones.
Build a repeatable rotation around its strengths before judging a fresh result. More abilities can change how the kit handles groups, bosses and downtime. Use the leveling guide and calculator to plan those milestones.
Combat tier versus official availability
Tier A is a current community combat assessment, not a developer rating. The official description places Chain in the “Growth” availability group but does not publish a verified roll percentage. Balance changes can move the combat tier without changing that official group.
